Leslie your kinds words and love are all I need for my race! Thanks for leaving your message with me. The swim was super tough for me in my first spring last August, but I hung on, took swim lessons and am on to bigger things. I like to really challenge myself as I know we are capable of so much more than we give our selves credit for. In fact I was pretty afraid of swimming in open water. Can't believe how far I have come. Fears eliminated one by one, is the way I am living my life. Try it.. and enjoy yours to the fullest! Thanks again, Mary

Oh, thanks, Leslie! I am trying to set a goal later for running, starting with a 5K, and would love to find a race for COPD/emphysema, to run in honor of my Dad. I think that would be a good motivator for me. But if they do not have one, any worthwhile cause , like Make-A-Wish, Cancer, Heart, etc. I really need to start with running outside with a partner, just thinking of ways to make myself like running ! I know I can do it with friends like you supporting me! I am here for you to help you and support you ! Have a great day !
