Leslie your kinds words and love are all I need for my race! Thanks for leaving your message with me. The swim was super tough for me in my first spring last August, but I hung on, took swim lessons and am on to bigger things. I like to really challenge myself as I know we are capable of so much more than we give our selves credit for. In fact I was pretty afraid of swimming in open water. Can't believe how far I have come. Fears eliminated one by one, is the way I am living my life. Try it.. and enjoy yours to the fullest! Thanks again, Mary

I am sorry it took so long to write - I have had a busy two weeks - to much work not enough fun -lol! I am moving forward but have had so slow steps in exercising te last two weeks. I need help getting moving.......I hope your day is finding you well - god bless Dawn

Oh, thanks, Leslie! I am trying to set a goal later for running, starting with a 5K, and would love to find a race for COPD/emphysema, to run in honor of my Dad. I think that would be a good motivator for me. But if they do not have one, any worthwhile cause , like Make-A-Wish, Cancer, Heart, etc. I really need to start with running outside with a partner, just thinking of ways to make myself like running ! I know I can do it with friends like you supporting me! I am here for you to help you and support you ! Have a great day !

To me, Transformation Means


To Transform my life would mean to overcome my addiction to food. To stop eating when I am bored, worried, happy, sad, depressed, tired, drained, celebrating, overwhelmed.

To Transform would mean I am planning my days, my food, my workouts. I am not letting my cirmcumstances dictate how I live my life.

To Transform is Me taking my Life back!!!

My Goals

Throughout the Summer Challenge I will:
1. Weigh 149 pounds or less
2. Be able to wear my capri's and that pink shirt from 2 summers ago
3. Become active again and have energy
4. My headaches and body pain will disappear
5. Be able to run/walk 6 miles without fatigue

My Intentions

I intend on:
1. Planning my days by keeping studio hours/having menu's/sticking to my exercise routine

2. Posting in my T.com Blog at least 3 times a week

3. Be supportive and uplifting in my T.com Summer Challenge Group

Who I'd Like to Inspire

I will inspire:
My SON who is training and running for the Disney Marathon in January 2013!!

I WILL finish this Challenge so I CAN RUN and finish the race with him!!
