Hi Susan: Hi! Last year when I began this process I felt at a disadvantage when I was "behind" everyone in the assignments because I didn't really understand what people where talking about - but I still got a lot out of doing the assignments. So, no advice, but I feel your discomfort and wish you the best - just glad you started when it was right for you! xo Meredith

I Am

I am on a continual journey to be the best person I can be physically and spiritually. I have had great success here at Transformation and also know that I have so much more to learn. I love my family...my amazing husband and our two children. I care about the health of others and what is happening to our bodies as a result of overindulging on so many things.

Making a change for good...a new and improved person...inside and out.

My Goals

During this 18 week Challenge beginning Feb. 15, 2010 and ending June 20, 2010 I will get back to 129 lbs. ...where I was at the end of my 1st challenge here in 2008. That means losing 15 lbs. . To know and feel that I am in God's will and where He wants me to be doing the work He has laid out for me. I want to make a difference in the lives of others here in this community as well as my home community to encourage healthy life choices.

My Intentions

I will follow EFL's eating guidelines with emphasis on as much raw and green as I can add each day. I will give up my wine habit. I will drink plenty of water. I will continue to train for half marathons...one on March 14th in Sarasota, FL and one in the fall yet to be determined. I will do 2 days a week of strength training. I will volunteer at Evansville Christian Life Center to help the poor in our community and continue to hold my heart open to what may be laid in front of me. I will stay in God's Word and in prayer daily. I will support others here everyday when I can.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

[My husband, children, family and friends....and those I meet along the way in life. Our time here is short and I want to embrace every minute of it and help others to do the same
