I Am

I'm a mother to 4 wonderful children, 2 of them came to me with my husband but I love them like they were my own. I own my business which has been a true challenge this last year but we are making it. I completed my first transformation in June of this year and can tell you I feel amazing.

To me, Transformation Means

My transformation is not so much about the way I look on the outside but the way I look on the inside. With a teenage girl you say 100 times a day. Its not what you look like its what's inside that counts. I was saying those things but not believing it.

My Goals

I really want to learn to live this healthy life style not just one challenge at a time. I want to teach my family to live and eat healthy. I want my family to learn what it means to share the ups and downs of life and still be a family in the end.

If you have ever thought I can't be used for good because....... That is not true. Our darkest and lowest times can be the start of our best times.
