I Am

My name is Will Straughan, i am 27 years old and i am from Sunderland in the United Kingdom, in february i started doin the Bodytrim diet and from then until 18th may i had lost 21lbs, however i had been cutting carbs out my diet, my friend suggested i started doin weight training which meant i had to start eating carbs agan, i joined the bodybuilding.com website and became friend with someone who suggested doin the BFL program, so i went out and bought te BFL book, journal and eating for life cook book, i am now on my 3rd week of BFL, i havent lost any weight yet but i am hoping that it will start to come off soon.

To me, Transformation Means

Transormation means i would be able to do something that i have NEVER been able to do, and thats walk down the street without wearing a top, and be actually proud of what i look like.

My Goals

To have a flat somach for the first time in my life.
To get a nice toned body.
To be abe to buy and wear size large clothes, instead of Exta Large.
To have muscle, something i have never Visibly had.
To get strong, because at the minute i am ot at all.

My Intentions

is to stick to the BFL program religiously for the next 12 weeks, once the 12 weeks is up i will then either do it again or start my own programe but i will keep the main principles of BFL.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

People who like me have ben fat all there life.
