To me, Transformation Means

Discovering the inner me. Growing spiritually, challenging beliefs and living a good life. Breathing in that amazing feeling of life and possibilities. Not just accepting what is - but creating what can be. Actually stepping out into the world and taking a chance at life.

My Goals

To complete this new 18 week Transformation challenge - to discover the 'REAL ME' and lose the emotional weight of the old programmed me! To keep on going outside my comfort space and discover life. To no longer be scared of what might be - but to live with what is and have the courage to challenge it (if it doesn't feel right.) To Live - To Love - To Grow - To Smile! Namaste Jaki

That challenges and struggles in our lives allow us to grow - that it is how we react to a challenge that creates the outcome.
