Hi Gaye- I met you with our friend Kelly in Dallas and just wanted to say hello. You have such a positive, fun energy and it was a plesure to meet you! Hope your weekend is going great! You live in a beautiful part of the country! I used to go to boarding school with some girls from there-great memories. Thank you for all your kind words and support. I can always count on you to check up on me and keep me moving forward. When I hear how you are out running all over the place I just allow myself to sit on the couch and not do something too, so I hit the bike or treadmill. This week it is starting to warm up so now I can look forward to moving my workouts out side. I can't wait.... Bill

Thanks for your comments Gaye...I did a poor job articulating the value of being in the moment and not having to be productive at times - or valuing the time together - my attempt at saying that I have moved from doing to being...yet have a long way to go. Somewhere there is the doing/being balance...I was just present to the quantity of unengaged time that I was observing around me! Thanks for reading & commenting on my blog!
