End of Week#2....Ready to begin Week #3

Well, it's the end of my 2nd week.  Week 2 was somewhat easier than week 1.  Not having to be so concious of what I eat.  The hardest part is being on the go because its summer and the kid are out of school and being aware of where we're going, how long we're gonna be

Hi Samantha! Thank you for commenting on my blog. I'm glad to hear you felt sort of the same way with the Catholic and Presbyterian churches, I was thinking that there must be something wrong with me. I am excited to be on this journey!

Thank you so much for your wonderful insight on my video post. I think everything you said was spiritually touching. Yes, when we are fat it hinders not only our growth in areas needed, but it blocks our eyes from seeing the bigger picture of what GOD has in store for us down the road. I am humbled and pleased to know that with your new founded faith, you are steadily progressing and succeeding :-) Please feel free to drop by anytime, as I'm always here to help and be of service to others :-) With love, Shawn Drewry

I Am

I'm a 38 year old wife and stay at home mother of two. I care about living God's word in my life and having that be an example to my family and others around me. I need mindset changes in the area of nutrition and exercise for both myself and my family.

My Favorite Charity

River of Love Ministries, a ministry committed to teaching our community how to be whole, body, soul, & spirit.

To me, Transformation Means

Transformation to me means being on the journey of forward progression in having your body, soul, and spirit be all that God created you to be.

My Goals

I've spent many years transforming my soul and spirit while ignoring my body. My goals are to be as healthy and strong on the outside as I am in my spirit. To break mindsets that have allowed me to ignore my physical body. Specific goals: To complete the assignments, to eat right and exercise the entire 18 weeks, to teach my children how to eat & exercise well.

My Intentions

To learn to eat healthy, balanced meals. To incorporate exercise into my daily routine. To break the mindsets that allow me to stop pursuing a healthy lifestyle. I intend to teach others what it means to be whole, body, soul & spirit.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

My husband, children, and parents. Anyone else who wants to be whole, body, soul, and spirit.
