Mellissa. use the manage attachments in your post, first go to 'advanced post' and then scroll down and you will see the 'manage attachments' button, go in there and upload your pics...Thia
Hi, just wondered if you figured out how to get your pictures up. On the page where it says quick reply/advanced reply go to advanced reply and among the tools along the top is a paper clip called attached. Just click on it and a window opens with the list of requirements for your picture size and the top line is Browse for your computer. I found my picture and had to reduce the size twice to get it in. I noticed that other people put in three pictures so maybe that is how they get around having to reduce the size. Hope that helps you. It took me quite a while to find it, too.
Nutritional shakes are kind of expensive, but the string cheese sounds like a good idea. I try to eat like a portion of rice and vegetables or something but that takes a long time to make lol
I've been having a hard time with eating six times a day but the workouts are going very well

Hi Melissa! Read your post about your past week. I sure can relate! When I don't see results on the scale, it WOULD frustrate me. But I've learned that it's not the ONLY measure of progress. I tried to send you a message it says Im blocked, hoping this one goes through :).
