New Beginnings 2010.

Well my start to 2010 has not gone as I had hoped.  I have slipped up I know.  I have still been working out but as is usual with me when I slip it's the eating that goes.  I just have not had the time to get on the computer and join in the accountability groups and discussions. ...

Hi Tanya, MERRY CHRISTMAS my sweet friend and I am SO happy your a Seinfeld fan :-) THESE PRETZELS ARE MAKING ME THIRSTY :-) Tanya, always believe in yourself as seeing is believing but without believing, we just won't see what is really there............So keep going strong, remember to forgive yourself if you miss a workout or a meal as REWARD is SO IMPORTANT and remember what Bill says..It's about progression not perfection, there was only ever one person who was perfect and his birthday is tomorrow :-) God Bless you my adorable friend and I pray I get to meet you at the January meet and greet :-) Until then I "Hate the Drake" but LOVE the "BIG salad" hehehehehehe LoL The CRAZY AUSSIE was hereeeeeeeeeee :-) xoxoxoxoxo

Tanya, it is a hectic time of year and sometimes you need to listen to your body. I am finding that amongst everything that I have embarked on a good night's sleep is imperative. If your body is telling you you need a rest, there is nothing wrong with that. I am finding that by planning it helps me recognise what is coming up, doesn't always negate the last minute things but it works for me. Keep it up your doing great. You are here and still checking in. Cheers, Andrew.

Congratulations Tanya! I love to see how you are really breaking through with your progress, and how you are experiencing that being part of a support group makes such a difference. Can't wait to meet you at the Melbourne get together in Jan. Hope you can make it! Cheers, Paul.

Your welcome Tanya. You've got some momentum now, and proof that it is working. I'm so happy for you! Cheers, Paul.

Tanya, I just checked out your photos and you are absolutely ROCKING this challenge! WOW! Keep it up and you will have spectacular results at the end of the 8 weeks! Cheers, Paul.

Tanya, I am SO PROUD of you! What you did the other day was simply AMAZING! Doing your workout at the end of the day you had is a HUGE achievement. It is days like that where true change happens. That one hard day, and the fact you stayed strong, is more important than 10 good days in my mind. Some people do this program and it's all going well until a day like that, then they completely fall off the rails. The fact you got through proves that you are doing this for real, and that NOTHING can stop you now. Stay connected here, and together we can achieve anything! Hey, Rohan is organizing a Melbourne get together on either Jan 16 or 17. Are you free and interested in going? It would be great to have you there! Cheers, Paul.

I Am

I am a married mother of 3 beautiful children. My family means everything to me and I strive to be a good role model for them. I have been absent from Transformation for the last 2 years and I have really let myself slip and suffered health problems, both physically and mentally as a result. I know I need to make changes and I am definitely committed to making a transformation in my life.

My Favorite Charity

Motor Neurone Disease Association

To me, Transformation Means

Turning around the way I go about eating and trainging. Changing the way I think, accepting what is and living by my values and committing to being true to myself. A change in attitude and focus to truly change myself, both physically and mentally, and the world in which I live.

My Goals

My goals by the 31st Dec 2011
-to reduce my waist measurement by 4cm
-to lose 4kgs
- to be able to complete my 'stairs workout' in under 29minutes ( at start of challenge it takes me 33 minutes.

My Intentions

To plan my daily workout and eating and to complete the Healthy Holiday Challenge.
To complete at least 40 workouts between now and 31st Dec.
To commit to living by my values.
To say/or do something nice to/for someone every day.
To check in with my accountability partner each day and to post in my accountability group as often as possible.
To be thankful for all that I have.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

I want to inspire my children so that they grow knowing that they are loved and that they can achieve anything they want in life. Just because someone says it's impossible doesn't make it so.
