Tanya, it is a hectic time of year and sometimes you need to listen to your body. I am finding that amongst everything that I have embarked on a good night's sleep is imperative. If your body is telling you you need a rest, there is nothing wrong with that. I am finding that by planning it helps me recognise what is coming up, doesn't always negate the last minute things but it works for me. Keep it up your doing great. Tanya, I am SO PROUD of you! What you did the other day was simply AMAZING! Doing your workout at the end of the day you had is a HUGE achievement. It is days like that where true change happens. That one hard day, and the fact you stayed strong, is more important than 10 good days in my mind. Some people do this program and it's all going well until a day like that, then they completely fall off the rails. The fact you got through proves that you are doing this for real, and that NOTHING can stop you now. Stay connected here, and together we can achieve anything!
