My thoughts for upcoming week 3 of 8

My thoughts for upcoming week  3 of 8

My thoughts for week  3 of 8 is to work on patience, continue on gratitude  and exercise around a late Wednesday injury  of an  injured low and mid back/right wrist/arm/upper neck/shoulder..  Will take things light and not do tri bi’s on Monday as planned.  My Doctor via lab work showed my protein is too low. He said that all the stuff I do with my Dad is equivalent to 5 workouts. I’m having a hard time trying to double/triple  up my proteins times 6 meals.  (I eat a lot of protein already)

Oh well, I plan then life happens.    J

Love to all!

Grateful:

- to sleep in later today

-to have time for my breakfast of fresh organic brown eggs (gooey yolks) (gym egg lady) with salsa and tortilla

-for God sending an angel to my Dad today that showered, shaved and dressed him-ice cold watermelon in these hot days

-to hear from my Brother on vacation

-for so much in life………..

-and always all of you!!! I couldn’t do it without ya’ll!

Love and gratitude to all

-Terri

You can always add a protein shake at the end of the day. When I don't get enough protein during the day, I just do a shake of whey protein. I always have a container or two at work or home and a shaker. P.S. Take care of your lower back. Mikhail

Teri, maybe you could hard boil some of those nice organic eggs to eat during your snack meals. It's a great way to get the protein into the ole bod! Jessie :)
