Sherri, thank you for all that vitamin info! I’m sure many will appreciate all of that. I used to take many different kinds of vitamins, but I grew tired of the time and money it took, plus I did not notice a difference, and I just ran out of energy. It’s time for me to rethink the vitamin process, and make some healthy changes. Hugs! Lynda

Hi, Sherri. thanks for the compliments. I just pick the quotes and/or posters that speak to me, too. Glad that you enjoy them. As for the flippers, I think they just make you go faster but don't increase the benefits of the swim. If anything, they make it easier. I've done both, but prefer without. Have a great weekend. ~ Larry

I am so grateful to count you as one of my buddies on this beautiful journey of life Sherri. God truly blessed me when he provided that connection though Demi to room with you and Leti that year up in Denver. I love you my friend! xo~Tara

I Am

Who am I? Although I am still under construction, I am very pleased to say that I am only a fraction of the broken, sad woman that entered this site in Dec. '09. I have found much needed inner peace, happiness & strength to make my life worthwhile. I am a still a caregiver, but I have the most positive, happy attitude that goes along w/ the responsibility.
I love life, T-com. friends, Bill Phillips & I love Me!!! Oh, I love my muscles, too. LOL!!! I am filled with enthusiasm, respect, joy, humor, compassion, knowledge, & energy.
Still, madly in love with my hubby, Dan of 33yrs. I'm enjoying my daughter & grandkids to the fullest, as they do keep me young!
So, who am I? I am a great person to know. I am the person who wants to pay it forward & help Bill in his mission to save the U.S., to save the world. I want to be there for you.
Vrs. the old me
Who am I? That's a tough one! The obvious is that I am happily married to my soul mate of 33 yrs.. I have 1 daughter & 2 grandkids. Most of my life I have been able to be a stay at home mom/gramma. So I guess that makes me a caregiver or boring old housewife (domestic engineer ). My grandkids have pretty much filled my life the last 6 yrs., but are now in school full time. So I have this big VOID in my life. So who am I? I hope to find out this year. All I know for sure is that I love when my hubby gets home from work and I love visits with the kids. As a hobby I took up scrapbooking and I joined a gym.

My Favorite Charity

ironically- FEED THE CHILDREN

To me, Transformation Means

Finding balance in daily life. To grow physically, mentally & spiritually.
Vrs. the old me
Once upon a time there was this beautiful free spirit that lived life to the fullest, it was me. Somehow, over time, I got lost in what was expected of me or what I chose to give up. I only realized recently that I have no purpose in life if not being a care giver. So transformation to me is not only the physical, but will also be a mental break thru. My mind set will not only be on change of eatting habits ( which is a challenge in itself ), but I must also rethink and revive my entire being. I have to learn to think of me and my needs as well as my family. I need a healthy balance between the 2.

My Goals

To keep hording current friends & finding new ones! LOL!!! To continue building a better me in transformation, through building muscle & eating clean. To keep healing my broken inner child with love.

Vrs. the old me
My goal is to re-enter society and find myself. I need to validate myself as something besides, his wife or their gramma. I am going to find out who I am as a person. I need to be more trusting and make a friend or 2. I am going to find some club or an other to join. I am going to eat right and exercise. I am going to keep this positive attitude even if I am scared to death. Who am I?

My Intentions

Is to live, love & laugh hard! I want to continue my journey as a giving person. I see that the more I give, the more I get. Karma, baby!
Vrs. the old me
Put me first. It will be an extremely hard task. But I think in the long run, if I feel 100% then my whole family will be rewarded by the new me.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

Anyone who cares to be better themself thru transformation. This means you!
Vrs. the old me
My 31 yr. old daughter. She has fallen into the same trap as me. I need to let her know it is ok to have ME TIME. I need to let her see that it is ok to find herself.
