I loved this video the first time I saw it 9 years ago. Still inspirational today, especially since I'm coming up on MY 40th birthday. I want to look like the 40-year-old Hank Johnson when I'm 40!
That was just awsome how Hank saw himself as Slivester Body with Hanks face on it, thats is something I will try during my challange , that will help alot.

What an inspirational man. Tomorrow I start my challenge, nothing like waiting til the last day! LOL BUT, I am going to do it! I am going to be like the rocket in the video and make the ground beneath my feet and feel it to my core.
