i just wanted to say to you is it is an inspirational story you just told us .. this is something i worry about my husband with his weight gain . he has sleep apnia symptoms and it hurts as his wife his partner to see him lose his breath . his mom warns him all the time or shell lose him if he dont lose weight .. he finally got the wake up call from many tears and shame . we have done a log for weight loss and hes just beginning please keep him in your all prayers for this weightloss journey and get healthier.. and this will be a new life outlook for him as well . i dotn wana lose him .. and he has three small children hed leave behind also one bio child we had to be part the family. of my other twins i have . Thank you Richard. 8 years ago I recieved the same wake up call but overall I have not listened. Last May I had to have another heart procedure and was told I have the heart of a 70 year old. I know there is hope when I see stories like yours. Since I haven't listen to my own heart, It was nice to hear yours. Thank you Richard and Bill.
