Marty, my 12 year old son, Ryan and I are enbarking on our transformation journey today. I recently lost 20 pounds but I am still 196 pounds and stand only 5'6" inches. My son is nearly my height but he weighs 176 lbs. We have a few goals which include losing 40 pounds of body fat and videoing Ryan's transformation.
