Hey Nicholas, I was lucky enough to get to hang out with your mom and Mike last week and just wanted to let you know how proud they are of you and think the world of you. I Am

I have been working out off and on for a few years now and I am not getting the results I want. I am noticing a change, but I want more. I struggle with my dedication and my commitment to things. I am quick to start but have trouble maintaining until the end. I have undergone a lot of change in my life in the last year, all positive, but I am having trouble accepting it. I am some what of a self sabotage-r. I am ready to change. I am ready to be happy. Ultimately, I want to be happy with me, where I am, now.
