I'm back!

I Am
Desire...what do I desire...to be fit, to be healthy, to be a superb mom, and a fabulous wife. That is my desire. As a professional, I face personal reality on a daily basis...I am a criminal investigator and a polygraph examiner. My job is to find the truth...whatever that may be...for me, my truth is about justice, faith, family and health...these are my goals, these are my desires. Within 18 weeks, I will seek to realize all of my goals by accepting this challenge...to change...to transform...from the inside...out. Thank you, Bill...for providing this opportunity to me.

To me, Transformation Means
Transformation means, literally, to make a change. Well, I certainly do need that, as we can all see by my before photo, what I am currently doing is NOT working! Shuh!!...So, I am making the committment to take it one day at a time, and to do as Bill says...gain power over my "egoic" self... As a polygraph examiner, I have studied the psychological aspects of the egoic self...it is one powerful sucker!!! But, I do believe if I take this program one day at a time, and as days turn into weeks, weeks will turn into months, and so on...I do believe I can transform, but like Woody Allen once said...Life is like a shark...if we do not move forward, we die. I agree with that, moving forward, succeeding, overcoming challenges, no matter how high that mountain may be...it is all in the little things that bring about big change...so, here I go...and change will be made.......
My Goals
Goals...my weight loss goal is about 60 pounds; my spiritual goal, well, is to be more spiritual. To truly realize what God's plan for me is in this world...because I know HE (Higher Energy)...I just love that! would want me to be happy and not waddling in self-pity. As the Bible says, your body is the temple of the Lord...and I have been desecrating that temple for far too long, now. My goal is to lift myself up to the Lord and to do His will...again, it is all in the little, day to day changes where transformation begins.
My Intentions
According to Merriam-Webster, "to transform' is to make over to a radically different form, composition, state or disposition; change...to alter or metamorphosize...All of these descriptive terms lay out my intentions. I intend to make over my body, sould and mind in a radical form, to not only change the composition of my body at a cellular level, but to also bring about metamorphosis in my spirituality as well.
Who I'd Like to Inspire
I would like to inspire anyone who wishes to make a transformation, for themselves, for society or for the greater good. Once again, Bill...you're just fabulous and have given me the inspiration I needed to begin my transformation process.
