Thanks for the friend invite! When is the Nashville 1/2? I am sure you will do great if you could do the 1/2 in Dallas with only 6 weeks training! Will you be going to Denver in Oct? I live in the Denver area and I am shooting for doing the full marathon this year! I did the half last year and it was an amazing experience! I was told I shouldn't be running as I have a herniated disc in my back but that doesn't stop me :) Have a great weekend! Kim

Sorry about the loss of your father. My wife and I can certainly sympathize as within a span of 8 minutes both her mother and father passed away. The last thing either of cared about for months was transformation but yet I have decided to give it another go. I hope you find complete succes in your journey.

I Am

I am a stay at home mom with 3 little kids who I adore completely and a terrific husband. For the past two years I have also had my own photography business.

A year ago I lost my father to a rare brain infection. At that time I signed up for the transformation challenge, but emotionally I just couldn't focus on much and didn't even complete week 1. Now, looking back I wish I had gone through the 18 weeks... the year might have been much easier.

Last year, towards the end of the year, I really noticed that my life was getting away from me. I was doing everything possible to support everyone else, but neglected myself. I finally started to relax before the holidays and came to many realizations about my inner spirit. However, I knew I had a long way to go.

I have started to take 2 hours every morning just for me. If I fill my bucket first I will be able to take care of my family! I am here starting this challenge with embarassment that I have let my physical state get away from me, but also determined to make a difference in my life and for my family!

My Favorite Charity

To me, Transformation Means

Above all else I want to have a balanced life full of love, patience, and kindness for myself, my family and my friends. I want to have a fit and healthy body that will enable me to follow my dreams and support the dreams of my family members.

My Goals

At the start of this transformation process I did not feel balance in my life. My ultimate goal is to give more to myself, lose body fat, gain a healthy body both inside and out.

My Intentions

By giving more to myself I will be able to give love & devotion to myself & my family on a constant basis.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

I would like to inspire my daughter and my 2 sons to live a healthy lifestyle and treat others with love and compassion.
