I Am

I am Wil Paez. Body-for-Life changed our lives years ago and I can tell that this community will inspire me and so many others in their transformation like BFL did for me then. I am a NCSF certified personal trainer and I owe that to the inspiration that Bill gave me after reading Body-for-Life. Fitness has been a huge part of my life and I want to be able to help others reach their goals. Thanks Bill and everyone here!

To me, Transformation Means

A complete change - physical as well as emotionally and mentally. When something transforms it is a notable change; something others can see right away and that is what I want for myself.

My Goals

My goals is to get my body fat % to under 10% while adding muscle and keeping my weight near 170. I want a 6 pack!

My Intentions

My intention is to finish this challenge and leave it all out on the table - no holding back, so when it is over, I know I gave it my best shot and have no regrets.
