Just taking some time to touch base with everyone in the Canada Challengers group and let you know that since attending the Denver event I have decided to contribute more to this community so changed the format to be a Support group as well! I hope you will stop in often. We always learn so much from eachother. I will try to help you in every way possible and although I don't know all the answers I will do my best to point you in the right direction! I look forward to getting to know you better! ~ Heather

I am a mother of 3 kids, I have on grandchild. I am currently in my last year of my registered practical nursing program at my local college. I plan on furthering my education after working for a year to upgrade to registered nurse. I would love to take some time now that my children are older to travel as a nurse and see the world.

It means a new beginning, not being afraid of who I am or what people think of me. It means being healthy and achieving goals I never thought I could do before.
My Goals
My goals are go ultimately get in the best shape of my life. I need to start with taking off the weight that I have piled on over the years. I want to build up muscle and in a year or so would like to be able to participate in fitness competitions.
